Snapp Parcel

Send something across town.

A captain collects from you and delivers to the address you give. Track it the whole way, and reach the captain while it's in transit.

How it works

Book it like a ride.

Set pickup and drop

Add the recipient’s name and number so the captain can reach them at the other end.

Stay in touch

Message or call the captain during the delivery, the same way you would on a ride.

The captain decides on fit

Whether an item actually fits the vehicle is the captain’s call at pickup. Describe it honestly when you book and you’ll avoid a wasted trip.
Read this before you send

What you must not send.

Captains may refuse, and may open, any parcel they reasonably suspect breaches this list.

  • Anything illegal — drugs, contraband, stolen goods
  • Cash, jewellery, gold, or valuables of any kind
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Flammable, explosive or corrosive material, including cylinders and fireworks
  • Lithium batteries and power banks shipped on their own
  • Live animals
  • Human or biological samples
  • Alcohol, tobacco or other age-restricted goods
  • Anything perishable that needs temperature control
  • Fragile items you aren't willing to risk

You are responsible for what you send. Sending a prohibited item can get your account suspended and may be reported to the authorities, and Snapp is not liable for the loss of anything on this list. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.

If something goes wrong

Report it against the trip.

Check the trip in your history first — the tracking shows where the captain went and when. If the parcel wasn’t delivered, arrived damaged, or the recipient says they never got it, report it against that trip with as much detail as you can, including what the item was.

We’ll look at the recorded route and timings and contact the captain. You can also raise it hereif you can’t get into the app.
