How the price is worked out.
Your fare is a base amount, plus a charge per kilometre, plus a charge per minute, plus a charge for each stop you add. Those are totalled and compared against a minimum fare for that vehicle type — if the total comes to less, you pay the minimum. Any surge in effect is applied last, and always shown before you book.
Snapp does not charge a cancellation fee. You can cancel before your trip starts and nothing is charged.
